April 04, according to a report by Xinmin Evening News, Shanghai has officially issued the “Several Measures of Shanghai Municipality to Support the Development of the Game Esports Industry” (short for “Game Shanghai Ten Measures”). It states that Shanghai will support game and esports enterprises in research and application of technologies such as AI large models, blockchain, big data, and cloud computing, as well as game foundation development tools such as terminal devices and game development engines, 3D modeling software, and more.
