I know many people who look really cool, have read a lot of books, have forward-thinking ideas, or paint outdoors, or are singer-songwriters, or travel 365 days a year, or are backpackers. They seem to be “Wow, this person lives so freely and has a stable core,” but in reality, they are depressed, self-harming, rebellious, broken inside.

It's nothing more than emotional damage, family issues, social problems, or neurological influences leading them down a path of self-redemption.
So everything has multiple facets.
Being cool comes at a cost, and worldly happiness also comes at a cost.
Remember one thing: Every choice has a price!
