On March 29, Morgan Stanley submitted a revised S-1 filing to the SEC on March 28, announcing its proposed spot Bitcoin ETF (MSBT) will charge an annual "Sponsor Fee" of 0.14%. This fee rate is the lowest for a spot Bitcoin ETF in the U.S. market. If approved, it will be lower than Grayscale's Bitcoin Trust fee of 0.15% and 11 basis points lower than BlackRock and Fidelity's spot ETF fee of 0.25%. The ETF plans to list on the NYSE, with an initial size of 10,000 shares, seed funding of $1 million, and custodians including Coinbase and BNY Mellon. It is expected to launch in early April.
Analysts believe this pricing is smart and competitive, which could attract asset migration. Previously, similar fee differences have led to significant outflows from Grayscale Bitcoin Trust assets to competing products. #成长值抽奖赢金条
