Cultivate your unresolved tolerance as early as possible

We often find ourselves anxious to get an answer about important relationships, feeling anxious and uneasy about ambiguous boundaries. For example, you just develop a liking for someone and expect an immediate clear response; or you have a slight disagreement with a friend and crave an immediate reconciliation promise, otherwise you fall into self-doubt.
“Allow relationships to enter the gray area. This is a kind of relaxation ability, a belief that you are worthy of love, and an acceptance that everything is beyond your control. Allow relationships to enter a comma state rather than a definitive period. If you force yourself into a fragile state of seeking certainty that cannot be obtained, it will not only drain yourself but also push others away.”
