AI will change lots of workflows by the end of this year.

My predictions:
→ Most code in 2026 won't be written by humans
→ Developers will spend more time defining problems than solving them
→ Agents will handle longer, more complex tasks without constant prompting
→ Running multiple agents in parallel becomes standard
→ AI agents move from local machines to cloud VMs, running 24/7 without eating your laptop resources
→ The developer role shifts closer to product manager
→ Developers who can build and direct AI agents become the most valuable
→ The bottleneck shifts from writing code to reviewing AI output
→ Companies that adopt agent workflows early get a serious output advantage
→ AI agents start owning entire features end-to-end
Some of this is already happening.
Curious how many become the default workflow by EOY.
