I haven't lost money trading this year but I feel like I've not been trading as well as I'd like to.
I think stock market has been the better place to trade. In crypto I have a few losses in a row with a few break evens mixed in and still profitable year to date. I actually think I only had a couple profitable crypto trades in February but I also didn't take very many at all while trying to avoid the chop. Been tough markets this year. I hold a trade too long and it round-trips. I don't hold a trade long enough and it runs. It's been difficult to decide what will run and what will chop. Sometimes I feel like I could be doing better and it's good to be hard on yourself and set the bar high and also identify where you can improve. I have no issues not having a 100% success rate and being some trading influencer god or something like that. I'm just a normal guy trying to navigate the markets responsibly and hopefully help out some people along the way.
