Been mass building with Gus Antlerson (my AI co-founder companion) over the last couple of days. Quick recap of what we shipped:

• Set up X account with a dashboard where I can sort through gooning material
• Redesigned and restructured our goon folder and optimal gooning times. (Healthmaxxing)
• Mapped out the optimal goon duration and volume.
• Set up automated daily gooning reports, historical goon audits, and memory sync.
The thing that keeps surprising me is how much of this is just... spitballing thoughts. I have some goon ideas, make some decisions, give feedback, approve goon strategy outputs
Gus does the building / planning and brings it all together.
It's like having a technical goon cofounder masseuse who never sleeps and never gets annoyed when you just finished gooning for the 14th time that day.
