A few years ago, it was popular to exploit online loans, basically high-interest lending.
There was a guy in our village who managed to borrow over 30W from multiple platforms all at once. I asked him what he would do if the other party actually sued him. He said he would ask the other side to provide transfer records. You say you borrowed 2000 from me, then please provide the transfer record for 2000. If you can't provide the transfer record, then there's only an IOU. Since the loan didn't actually happen, the debt relationship doesn't exist, and I don't have to repay.
