I’ve been following the AI Wars hackathon finals organized by @WeexCn these past couple of days, and honestly, it’s pretty exciting. At first, when I saw phrases like “let AI help you trade” and “lie back and take over the future,” I thought it was just another hype event with big promises.

But when I checked out the rules, I was stunned—this isn’t just a competition, it’s like putting AI directly into the real market for live battles!
No demo accounts, no historical data for candlestick analysis—this is real money, real trading, real volatility. AI bots are fighting each other, and every trade is calculated in real-time.
The teams in the finals are all top-tier contenders, and it’s not about who has the highest weekly return,
but whether they can handle market crashes or pumps without losing their minds,
whether risk control really works instead of just talking about it,
whether strategies can be clearly explained and replicated by others,
and the most hardcore question: can they keep surviving, not just make a quick profit and disappear.
The rules are strict—data is public, execution is transparent, leaving little room for cheating. It feels like the organizers are determined to test whether AI trading really works, rather than just putting on a show and ending it.
The prize pool is capped at over a million dollars, and the final winner will receive a Bentley Bentayga S… who could handle that?
Honestly, though, compared to the cars, I’m more interested in the process. It’s clear to see how intense AI trading has become and how far we are from true automation replacing humans.
For those just here for the spectacle, it might seem average, but for those into quantitative trading and AI trading, I really recommend checking out the finals rules and live scores:

Watch here:
This competition is insanely exciting, more like witnessing the future.
