There are actually only two ways to lose money in the #美国核心物价涨幅不及市场预估 market.
One is to have a stop-loss line in your mind; when the price hits that point, you resolutely admit defeat. Curse, "This market is really ruthless, I’m convinced," then turn around and walk away, without dragging things out. This is called having principles. No matter how volatile the market, it can't hurt the bones of your principal.
The other is to have no plan, always thinking "Wait a bit longer, maybe it will rebound," but the more you hold on, the deeper it gets, and the more you lose, the less you want to cut. Someone fighting the market to the death, and the final cost is a bloodbath in the account. This is called self-delusion.
To put it simply, losing money itself isn't the problem; the problem is losing it in a state of confusion. Pretending not to see when it’s time to cut losses, only realizing what happened at the very end—that’s the most painful.
Understand why you are losing, exit immediately, and restart with the next market wave. This is the secret to surviving longer in the market.

It's the same theory again, it's not wrong to say... but when that moment really comes, who the hell can do it? Everyone's just a armchair strategist afterwards.

That hits too close to home. I'm exactly that kind of sucker who keeps saying "just wait a bit longer," and ended up watching my losses balloon from -20% all the way to -50% before I finally had the guts to cut my losses. Looking back on it now, I just want to smack myself.

That was too harsh, haha. I'm just the kind of fool who says "wait a bit longer"... My account is indeed crashing right now.

That's exactly right, that's how it is. I used to be the kind of fool who kept saying "wait a bit longer," stubbornly turning small losses into big losses. Now reading this article really hits home.
