Most people in the crypto space don't realize how far ahead we actually are when it comes to AI integration.

I'm a professor at one of Canada's largest institutions—we've got over 6,000 staff members. And I was literally the first person to request API access to our learning management system. The first one ever.

Think about that for a second.

A leading academic institution in 2025, and nobody before me thought to ask for it. Not one person wanted to build integrations or automate workflows or leverage AI to enhance the learning experience. The resistance wasn't even there—it was just... indifference. A complete lack of urgency.

Meanwhile, Web3 builders are shipping features monthly. DeFi protocols are integrating AI for risk assessment. NFT platforms are using machine learning for curation. And here's traditional education—massive organizations with massive budgets—still moving at a snail's pace.

It's wild how far the gap actually is. The crypto world gets it. Everyone else is still waking up.

It's been obvious for a long time that the traditional institutions are really outdated. A school with 6,000 students has no one thinking about API integration, and it's embarrassing to even bring it up.
