#美联储货币政策 Seeing the list of intense catalytic events expected in early 2026, I actually feel a sense of calm. Federal Reserve chair nominations, Supreme Court rulings, regulatory updates, FOMC meetings... these major events come one after another, and the market is bound to experience ups and downs.

But it is precisely at such moments that I want to remind everyone: volatility itself is the normal state of the market. The more critical the period, the more it tests our resolve.

Some investors tend to frequently adjust their positions in the face of these catalysts, trying to buy the dip or avoid risks. I have seen too many stories like this—those rushing to chase gains panic and sell during a pullback, and those trying to time the market often end up missing the rebound. In the long run, these frequent operations often do more harm than good.

A more prudent approach is: first, assess whether your asset allocation is reasonable and whether your position size exceeds your risk tolerance. Second, when facing short-term volatility, maintain a clear understanding—these regulatory and policy events will influence short-term prices but do not change the fundamental long-term logic.

At the start of the new year, instead of reacting to every event, it’s better to spend time reviewing your investment framework to ensure every dollar is within a safe boundary. That way, even if the market faces storms, we can face them more calmly.
