At the time, I wanted to close my $XMR position, planning to re-enter after a rebound. Who knew that a swipe on the screen would pass over the target—those three words "Close All Positions" were just tapped by me. In that single second, the moment I pressed confirm, my life changed.

Over the past six months, all the long-term short positions I carefully set up for $BTC, $ETH, $ZEC suddenly disappeared. Those meticulously chosen entry points, the repeatedly refined position allocations, the entire plan to hold until the end of the year’s wave pattern—all exited early, leaving me staring at the screen in a daze.

That moment, my mind buzzed. Not because my account shrank painfully, but because of the helplessness of having my plan completely shattered and my rhythm disrupted. No matter how perfect the script was written, if the actors suddenly all leave the stage, I’m left standing alone.

Now, the platform’s long-term positions have been cleared. I still have some small holdings elsewhere that are barely holding on. Missed opportunities are missed; I can only wait for the next wave of market recovery—if the B wave rebound can break above again, I’ll try to rebuild my positions.

In this market, the real damage often doesn’t come from the market itself, but from that one slip-up.
