#数字资产市场动态 Small funds turn around in the crypto world; nine out of ten people fail due to their mindset. I saw a friend start with 800U and reach 18,000U in two months. The key isn’t that he’s particularly smart, but that he stuck to three bottom lines.

**First: Don’t bet everything at once**

With 1000U in hand, how should you split it? 300U for day trading—buy and sell quickly; 300U for big trends—wait for the right moment; the remaining 400U is for survival, the last card to play. You see, most people go all-in at the start, proud when it rises, terrified when it falls. Actually, as long as you’re still at the table, a comeback is always possible.

**Second: Follow the trend, don’t fight the oscillations**

The market spends 80% of its time oscillating. Frequent trading just hands platform fees. What do smart traders do? If there’s no clear direction, do nothing. Once a trend is confirmed, then act. Take profits once they reach 15% of your principal, withdraw half immediately to lock in gains, and let the rest run. Making money boils down to: waiting most of the time, earning during the small windows.

**Third: Use rules to constrain yourself**

Set a stop-loss before entering each trade (e.g., 1.5%), and exit immediately when hit. When you gain over 3%, reduce your position to lock in profits—never increase your bet out of greed. During losses, don’t add to your position—that’s suicidal. Your goal isn’t to predict every market move correctly, but to make the right decisions every time.

Small money turning into big money relies never on some explosive trend, but on not being greedy, not panicking, and discipline above all. Opportunities are everywhere daily, but your principal is limited. Stay alive and make money first, then think about how to make big money.

It's really true, not adding to your position really hits the sore spot, so many people have died because of this.

That's right, it's just about strictly adhering to discipline. Nine out of ten people who can't do it get liquidated. Really, what I fear most is watching friends go all-in with their entire position, and when it drops, they want to add more to rescue the situation—that's asking for death. Stop-loss may sound simple, but actually doing it is really difficult; human nature is greedy. But on the other hand, isn't a 15% stop-loss a bit too conservative? Actually, with just these three principles, those who can stick to them will get rich. Why are so many people still doing the opposite? As long as you're alive, you can make money. I agree with that.

Exactly, the key is just to stay alive. I've seen too many people go all-in and then immediately quit the scene, really.

To be honest, I understood this whole concept of position splitting a long time ago, but executing it is really too difficult. Especially when I see a strong upward trend, I get itchy hands and simply can't resist.

That's right, but execution is the key to success.

Honestly, mindset is the ceiling for making money; without rules, it's just about giving away money.

honestly, this is basically the DCA marathon thesis wrapped in retail language. staying alive in the accumulation phase beats chasing explosive moves every single time—been saying this for years. the 15% profit-taking rule? that's just disciplined rebalancing with extra steps. ngl tho, 80% of people read this and still fomo their entire stack into one trade lol
