Really, developers who do hands-on work are the ones worth following. Projects that only talk on paper should have been eliminated long ago.

That's right. Only the builders who truly get things done are worth collaborating with. There are plenty of projects that just talk big, but those who can really roll up their sleeves and work are a rare find.
