Don't keep an eye on the order book once you've placed an order; find something to do to pass the time. Let the market move as it will; instead of constantly refreshing the charts to watch the K-line, it's better to adjust your mindset and go with the flow. Eat when you're hungry, sleep when you're tired, and maintain a calm mind—this is the proper attitude for trading.

You're right, watching the market constantly is really self-torture.
The moment I let go, I actually made money—that's ridiculous.
My mindset collapsed, and my trades collapsed with it. There's nothing I can do.
Instead of watching K-line charts every day, it's better to go to the gym and calm down.
It's because I was too obsessed with watching that I ended up losing all my profits.

That's right, watching the market can really drive you crazy. I might as well just delete the app now.

That's right, staring at the screen until you're bald is pointless.

Watching the market really is too torturous; it's better to do something else.

That's right, constantly watching the market can really drive you crazy. It's better to go exercise instead.
