People who can accomplish great things are usually the following:

1. Their family cannot be too poor or too wealthy. Too poor to afford education; too wealthy, often unaware of worldly hardships or self-important. In a family, parents or elders should have either slightly above-average education or slightly above-average insight.

2. Have ambitions of various kinds.

3. Possess astonishing perseverance, even to the point of self-torture.

4. Have experienced enough hardships during a certain period, especially between ages 25-40.

5. Can endure and overcome difficulties, with stable mental states, not extreme, distorted, or prone to depression, not easily swayed by trends, and definitely not self-destructive, ultimately achieving a qualitative leap psychologically.

6. Have critical thinking skills, forming a unique worldview and methodology, not easily influenced by others.

7. Have good health, capable of withstanding high-intensity work without failure.

8. Gifted; true success in career often requires talent.

9. Fate. Among the basic population, many are eliminated, but these are all elites; and it is also the final decisive factor in determining the outcome of top experts.

10. Have a clear self-awareness. Know your strengths and maximize them. When you can clearly recognize your self-worth, you will move forward with unwavering determination, not doubting yourself due to criticism or rejection from others. Everyone has their own advantages; don’t belittle yourself. Be good at discovering your strengths and gradually building confidence.

11. Admire strength. When they see someone more outstanding than themselves, their eyes light up. You can say they are very utilitarian, or that they don’t sympathize with the weak, but you cannot stop their desire to integrate into circles of excellence—an inner drive to change themselves.

12. High resilience and emotional stability to withstand setbacks. A person’s broad perspective is often reflected not in how well they perform in good times, but in their resilience and mindset during adversity. When at the bottom, their adversity quotient and attitude matter most. You can run with the wind, but only against the wind can you soar.

13. The stronger a person’s inner strength, the kinder and gentler they become. When you are gentle, the whole world begins to soften. Those with a higher state of mind and stronger adversity quotient can achieve self-growth through hardships.

14. Possess a sense of mystery. In such people, you can always hold expectations; they will show unexpected potential. You feel familiar, but in fact, your understanding is only superficial, while they understand you thoroughly.

15. Someone with a strong desire to make money. Not obsessed with love or emotions; other pursuits are secondary, with career in the center. They understand that money can solve 90% of problems. Having money in hand is the greatest sense of security.

16. In adversity, it tests whether a person can withstand pressure; in prosperity, it tests whether they can keep their original intentions.

17. Know how to restrain their sharp edges. A general has a sword but does not cut ants; however, once their bottom-line principles are touched, they can become ruthless. They have a compassionate heart but also possess thunderous means.
