DuskEVM mainnet has been live for a week. What does this milestone signify? It marks the transition of the Dusk network from technical development to real-world application deployment. As a Layer 1 chain focused on compliant privacy, Dusk has been exploring the pain points of institutional-grade finance since 2018. Now, DuskEVM allows developers and institutions to directly deploy Solidity contracts while inherently providing privacy protection—this sounds simple, but the underlying technical challenges are not so easy to solve.

The real innovation lies in the Hedger privacy module. By combining zero-knowledge proofs with homomorphic encryption, on-chain transactions default to hiding amount and balance data, but users can selectively disclose key information to regulators. In other words, it protects business secrets without crossing regulatory red lines due to full privacy. This breaks the traditional blockchain dilemma—either full transparency for front-end operation or complete privacy that makes compliance impossible. Institutions can now handle truly sensitive financial data on-chain.

Ecosystem signals are already emerging. Within just a week of the mainnet launch, Ethereum-compatible development toolchains have achieved seamless integration, and early projects are focusing on privacy payments, compliant stablecoins, and RWA frameworks. $DUSK, as both the gas token and staking token, is experiencing rapid demand growth, with network security and governance participation also increasing.

Looking ahead to the upcoming DuskTrade platform, which is in partnership with the Dutch licensed exchange NPEX, scheduled to launch by 2026, it will bring over €300 million in tokenized securities. Users will be able to invest in traditional assets like stocks and bonds in a fully compliant environment, enjoying instant on-chain settlement and privacy protection. This is not just a technical demo but a clear signal that institutional funds are preparing to enter the space.

In the RWA track, most other projects are still operating within transparent chains or centralized custody frameworks. Dusk’s focus on compliant privacy truly sets it apart. As regulations are expected to tighten further by 2026, privacy will become a critical requirement for institutions going on-chain. The launch of DuskEVM hits right at this trend’s starting point. In the coming months, more licensed partners and applications will be rolled out, and the network effect is just around the corner.

Few dare to walk the path of compliance and privacy, but Dusk indeed has ideas. Really? The ecosystem gathered in just a week? I thought it was just hype. I've heard this story about institutional funds entering so many times; let's see how they perform by 2026. If Hedger's privacy module really delivers, RWA should be played like this. But on the other hand, could such a chain become a regulatory focus? It feels like betting on the regulatory direction in 2026 is a bit uncertain.

Wow, the combination of zero-knowledge proofs and homomorphic encryption is truly awesome! It can ensure privacy while passing regulatory checks. This is exactly what institutional-level players should be using.

ngl, the hedger privacy module is interesting but let me dissect this... selective disclosure to regulators sounds clean in theory, needs actual audit findings before we pop champagne. theoretically exploitable if the zero-knowledge proofs have edge cases nobody's caught yet.

Compliance and privacy are really the key for institutional entry; Dusk's approach is quite on point. But looking at DuskTrade's 300 million euros, it still feels like we have to wait until 2026 to see the real results. It's too early to say anything now. Privacy protection without crossing regulatory red lines—that's the way forward for RWA. Is $DUSK about to be pumped again? The ecosystem still doesn't feel that solid.

Selective disclosure is indeed a brilliant design, protecting trade secrets without crossing the line. This is what institutions want.

The compliance and privacy line is indeed an institutional-level necessity, but a €300 million tokenized security sounds a bit ambitious. It depends on how much can be implemented by 2026.

Zero-knowledge proofs are truly exceptional, balancing privacy and compliance. Other projects haven't thought of that. This time, Dusk seems to have really identified the pain point—an urgent need for institutional on-chain solutions. €300 million tokenized securities? Still imaginative in 2026; we need to keep an eye on it.

No way, privacy + compliance in such a balanced solution? If it really gets implemented, it’s definitely something. The ecosystem has been so active this week, it feels like DuskTrade is the real nuclear bomb. In the RWA track, Dusk’s differentiated approach is really quite clear-headed. How many applications can reach a certain scale before 2026? That’s the key. Selective disclosure to regulators sounds aggressive, but it really solves a major pain point. Wait, if they can really secure institutional funding, the potential for $DUSK is quite big. Is the technology for zero-knowledge proofs mature? Don’t tell me it’s just another PPT chain. Will the 300 million euros from NPEX really come through? Is this just talk or is there a contract? Leading other RWA projects by so much, it seems like latecomers will face quite a bit of pressure. Compatibility with Solidity is a very important detail; lowering the barrier for developers is indeed smart.
