#数字资产市场动态 Entered the Chinese crypto market with $2000, and at the peak, the account ballooned to nearly $40,000. Now only $500 remains — this is my complete story in this market cycle.
To be honest, I was supposed to make money with Chinese tokens, but instead, I lost everything. Looking back, the problem wasn't the tokens themselves, but my actions. Chasing highs, being driven by emotions, lacking stop-loss awareness — all of these contributed to the account shrinking.
The decision now is simple: **Stop chasing gains and cutting losses, only hold long-term**. No longer influenced by market noise, no more hoping to recover losses through frequent trading. I still hold $BNB, $LifeKLine, $Snowball — consider it a test of my resolve.
The biggest lesson in the crypto market is: when making money, want to earn more; when losing money, want to quickly recover — this mindset only leads to more losses. Instead of trying to overtake on curves, find a rhythm that suits you, and use time to gain space.

Oh no, this is the legendary story of going from 40,000 to 500... to be honest, it hurts a bit.

It's the same old story... Dropping from 40,000 to 500, and they talk so grandly, but in reality, it's just the gambler's mentality crashing again.

ah the classic 20x-to-rekt pipeline... except you're actually doing the self-aware thing which is already ahead of 90% of this space tbh. that velocity trap shit is real - most people never clock it until the account's already decimated. respect for the honesty though, genuinely.

The nice way to say it is "holding coins long-term," but the harsh truth is that you're trapped and have to accept reality... This is a classic case of rational expectations failure. The earlier wave of chasing highs directly violated the most basic risk management principles.

Haha, dropping from 40,000 to 500 is the price of chasing highs... I have deep experience with that.

Oh no... it's the same story of chasing highs and ending up with almost nothing again. Why does every bull and bear cycle have to kill off a bunch of people for them to learn their lesson...
