Most of what we're obsessed with just reflects what others want us to want—mimetic desire mixed with whatever the market's feeling that day.

But here's the thing: spotting real value when nobody's paying attention, when the price tags don't match and the hype is elsewhere—that's rare. And actually sticking with that conviction? Defending it, spreading it to your community instead of chasing the noise? That's where the edge comes from.

In plain terms, most people are just following the trend, and only a few can see through it clearly.

There's nothing wrong with that, but this logic gets exposed once it's on the chain. We audit projects with those "unique insights" every day, and the result is that their permission control design is as flimsy as paper—why claim to see real value when the contract hides integer overflow and reentrancy vulnerabilities? True conviction should stand up to formal verification.

To be honest, most people are just following the trend and can't really figure out what they want lol
