Looking to preserve capital safely? Swiss Franc-backed assets stand out as a reliable option for value storage. The beauty here is you can access this directly onchain through Frankencoins - essentially bringing Swiss Franc stability to blockchain with $ZCHF. No need for traditional intermediaries when you want your holdings to stay steady without exposure to volatility.

Wait, the stability of the stablecoin still depends on the quality of the collateral... What is the risk control threshold for ZCHF? What is the liquidation price?

Swiss franc stablecoin? Sounds good, but who actually uses it?

ngl the whole "no intermediaries" angle is kinda funny when you're still trusting the frankencoin protocol itself... like yeah sure, path dependency of stablecoin design arguably creates non-trivial externalities here. sub-optimal incentive structures around collateralization remain the throughline imo

Regarding stablecoins, $ZCHF is indeed quite interesting. Being backed by Swiss francs is definitely better than constantly worrying about it falling below [laughing with tears].

A new player is entering the stablecoin race, this time backed by the Swiss franc... but can it really outperform the US dollar?
