The fragmentation problem hits different when you grasp it—smart contracts sitting on separate chains can't communicate. This creates isolated applications and broken workflows at every chain boundary. Cross-chain messaging changes the game by letting contracts actually talk to each other, breaking down those silos and enabling seamless interactions across the entire blockchain ecosystem.

Really, cross-chain communication has always been a pain point in the public chain ecosystem. It's amazing that someone is finally taking this seriously now.

Cross-chain has always been a pseudo-need, the real focus should be on making each individual chain strong enough itself, instead of constantly talking about the broken fragmentation issues...

Cross-chain technology, to put it simply, is about fixing what should have been done correctly from the start. It's only now that we realize that chains are isolated islands, and that's truly incredible.

The isolation barriers between chains are really annoying; cross-chain communication is the way out.
