Figure Technology Solutions has launched an interesting on-chain public equity network called OPEN. In simple terms, companies can issue on-chain stocks that correspond to real equity on the Provenance blockchain. This way, investors can directly borrow and lend stocks without relying on traditional intermediaries.

What is the significance of this model? Removing middlemen means lower costs, faster settlement times, and more transparent transaction records. Stock lending and borrowing are common operations in financial markets, but implementing all of this on-chain — it changes the game.

Figure's current plan is to promote this service through the OPEN network first, exploring the practical application of blockchain in the digital transformation of traditional capital markets. This is a promising breakthrough for the entire on-chain financial ecosystem.

True equity on the blockchain, removing retail investors' leek tax—that's what I want to see.

Hmm... Truly putting equity on the chain, intermediaries out the door. This idea isn't bad at all. Transferring the traditional financial lending logic onto the blockchain, with fast settlements and low costs, is all feasible. But can we really trust it? How will regulators handle it... Wait, can the Provenance chain handle this volume? But I have to admit, this is indeed a new approach. The step of decentralization will eventually be taken by someone brave enough to try.

Oh my God, another project claiming to revolutionize Wall Street has appeared... But this time, OPEN is actually pretty interesting—directly on-chain real equity?

Wait, can stocks really be put on the blockchain like this? Removing middlemen to earn the spread sounds really cool.

Is this another new concept to cut leek? Heard it for the tenth time without intermediaries and at low cost. Is this wave of Figure serious or just another hype? Let's wait and see. Wait, is Provenance this chain stable... Honestly, on-chain stock lending sounds good, but how many people will actually use it once it’s implemented? Cut out middlemen for faster settlement? It still depends on whether trading volume can pick up, my friend. If this thing can really eliminate traditional brokerage fees, Wall Street would go crazy. Honestly, I’ll wait and see if this can survive the bear market before commenting.

Haha, you're trying to cut my leeks again. This time, it's called OPEN... Wait, removing the middleman does have some benefits. Settlement is fast, transparent, and reliable.

Hmm... It's the usual decentralization approach, but this time they've really done something substantial. Directly on-chain stock lending bypasses brokers, enabling low-cost and fast settlements... The question is, are the on-chain tickets representing real equity regulated?
