Playing both sides through short-dated options—it's a pretty solid way to capture volatility swings from either direction. You nail the timing right and the premiums can work in your favor fast.

Hmm, easy to say, but in practice, the chances of making mistakes are really high... The key is that if you can't time it right, you'll just end up getting eaten.

nah, before you start loading up on short-dated options... have you actually audited the exchange's smart contract handling your positions? MEV protection enabled? bc i've seen this exact setup used as a honeypot vector like 15 times already. timing's cute but you're probably getting front-run. DYOR first.

Short-term options face a two-way squeeze, sounds good... but in practice, many people end up stepping into pitfalls, and the key issue is that "timing" is just too difficult.

Time is everything. Hitting the right timing can really lead to instant profits... But on the other hand, how many people can truly consistently hit the right timing?

Short-term options double play is indeed exciting, but many people also fall into traps... Can it really consistently earn premiums?
