I’ve been honest lately about feeling lonely. Today I did the boring things that actually fix that.



Walked with my wife and talked about life, our future, GTG and the Greeny brand. Trained gym properly. Ate well. Put the phone down and moved away from the computer. Got into bed early with a book instead of another chart or tweet.

Nothing viral. Nothing impressive. Just aligned with where I want to be for a balanced lifestyle of mental and physical health.

Working from home and overworking slowly shrinks your world if you let it. The goal isn’t balance in the long term, it's finding healthy habits that make life enjoyable every single day.
