Speaking of trading, the deepest lesson comes from the market trend in 2021. At that time, I used 50x leverage to go long, but when the market reversed, I paid a tuition of 200,000. That blow was really harsh, and I was completely stunned.

Later, I spent four years reflecting and gradually developed a relatively stable trading method. The core logic is actually very simple: go long with spot trading, and only use 1x contracts for short positions. I don’t pursue overnight riches; I make one or two trades a day, aiming for a profit of 2% to 5%. Basically, it’s like earning enough for a cup of milk tea.

Strict risk control is always enforced: set a 5% stop-loss per trade, and adopt a half-position compound mode—take half of the profits to add to the position, and keep the other half for replenishment or emergencies. It sounds conservative, but calculations show its power.

Suppose the principal is 1000u, and with an average daily stable return of 2%, what would be the compound result after a year? Mathematically, it’s 500×1.02 to the power of 365, which equals 688,704u. The number might be a bit shocking, but the logic behind it is small, frequent, continuous accumulation, plus the magic of compound interest.

Risk is always the top priority. Not being greedy, executing steadily—this is more important than anything else.

50x leverage directly blew up, this is called paying tuition fees. Is the enlightenment gained worth the 200,000 yuan cost? Wait, is this compound interest algorithm real? 688704u... How long would it take to grow this number with compound interest? Can 2% really be maintained daily? It sounds simple, but execution is difficult.

200,000 tuition fees for four years of experience, is this deal worth it... But that 688704u number really is tempting, but there are too many prerequisites.

200,000 tuition fees for a strategy that doesn't lose, but the key is whether you can really stick with it.

200,000 tuition fees, this is definitely textbook-level leverage liquidation.

That part about losing 200,000 with 50x leverage is really incredible... How many years will it take to recover from this lesson?

The realization gained from 200,000 yuan in tuition is worth it. --- That 50x wave was truly a bloody lesson. Looking back, this strategy is really just replacing greed with patience. --- Compound interest is indeed absolute, but the premise is surviving until that day. Most people die at the mental hurdle. --- 2% daily might sound insignificant, but sticking with it is truly tough. --- Basically, the gambler has turned back. From seeking excitement to pursuing stability, this transition is a bit difficult. --- Contract 1x short? Might as well just do spot shorting directly. The logic seems a bit awkward. --- 688704u sounds like a scam, but how many can execute it stably? Most people blow up their mentality at the first reverse move. --- It took four years to figure this out. The time cost is a bit high. --- If you're not chasing overnight riches, then don't play in the crypto world. Who doesn't want to turn things around overnight? --- A 5% risk control stop-loss sounds strict, but the market moves so fast that sometimes you just can't react in time.
