Indian Enforcement Directorate Cracks Down on Major Land Fraud and Crypto Scam

In a significant enforcement action, India's ED has seized approximately ₹10.86 crore in assets linked to a land fraud and cryptocurrency scheme in Haryana. The operation targets individuals including Sandeep Yadav and Manoj Yadav, following an initial complaint filed by Haryana Police.

The asset breakdown reveals an interesting mix of illicit holdings: ₹6.06 crore locked in residential flats and land properties, while ₹4.79 crore was parked in cryptocurrency assets, specifically in the form of Ramifi tokens. This case highlights how perpetrators often diversify fraudulent proceeds across both traditional real estate and digital assets to evade detection.

The investigation underscores growing regulatory scrutiny of cryptocurrency transactions intertwined with physical asset fraud schemes. As enforcement agencies worldwide become more sophisticated in tracking cross-asset fraud patterns, crypto holders and investors should remain vigilant about the legitimate provenance of their holdings.

It's Ramifi token again... Small coins like this are the easiest to be disguised as money laundering. --- The Indian ED has taken action, but the real question is how the 479 million rupees were able to enter the market so smoothly. --- Damn, now even scam gangs understand multi-chain deployment, while we retail investors are still chasing high. --- Real estate + crypto double attack—this tactic is indeed brilliant. No wonder it's so hard to track. --- Wait, what does this mean? As long as you're good at asset allocation, regulators can't keep up? --- Ramifi? I haven't heard of it before. Just hearing the name, I can tell it's a niche coin being exploited. --- These people are really clever. Unfortunately, their cleverness went astray. Over a billion assets confiscated overnight. --- Hey everyone, this case is a bit ironic. They use cryptocurrencies to evade regulation, but it actually makes them easier to lock down.

They're starting to arrest people again. This time it's quite interesting—mixing real estate and the crypto world to squeeze profits together. Diversifying risk is indeed a brilliant move.
