The crypto market is never short of new opportunities. MEME goes viral, AI concepts heat up, privacy coins make a comeback... Hot topics are like roulette wheels, spinning and spinning, and before you know it, the next main character has already taken the stage.
But in this chaos, most people make the same mistake—trying to rely on intuition to bet on the next hot spot. When luck is on your side, you might guess right once or twice, but this path doesn't lead far. Those investors who survive rely not on prediction skills, but on a simple and straightforward discipline: knowing when to buy, when to sell, with a clear mind.
Market fluctuations are the easiest to hit people's emotional soft spots. When prices rise, they rush in; when prices fall, they cut losses. People operating this way are always in a passive, beaten-down state. But what about those who can stay calm? They only listen to their own signals, follow the rules to enter and exit, and no matter how noisy the market gets, they won't shake their rhythm.
It's too difficult for one person to navigate the market alone. Instead of blindly guessing on your own, it's better to understand the overall trend and go with the flow. The movements of mainstream coins like SOL, XRP, and BNB can tell you a lot—not to predict every fluctuation, but to learn patience and persistence when a clear trend appears.
In the long run, the secret to making money is simple: stay calm and keep executing. Think carefully before acting, take each step steadily, and eventually, time will give you the answer.

That's right, but I still had my setbacks. When I was chasing MEME earlier, I got envious seeing others making money, so I went all-in, only to be trapped for three months before I managed to get out. Now I understand that discipline is easy to talk about but the real test of human nature is during actual execution. My current approach is to dollar-cost average into mainstream coins, free-ride on airdrops, and never go all-in. This way, I can at least keep a stable mindset.

It sounds good, but the key is to have discipline, right? I just lost because of my emotions.

That's quite true, but very few people can actually do it. The ones around me who cut losses are the last to regret it.

That's correct, but 99% of people can't accept this theory. I have been observing the capital flow for a week. During this wave, SOL rose from $19 to now, and the distribution of chips has long indicated that the main force has locked in. Yet, there are still a bunch of people chasing the high and cutting losses. It's a typical rookie mentality—unable to understand the pattern and just rushing in blindly.

Sounds good, but how many people can really do it? One hit limit down and it's all over.
