TermMax has recently gained considerable attention, especially within the DeFi community. As an early participant and a veteran of the River community, I believe this project is worth serious consideration.

From a product design perspective, TermMax's innovation lies in re-implementing the mature fixed-rate and fixed-term model from traditional finance using on-chain automated AMM. This means users can achieve more stable and predictable returns on decentralized platforms while retaining the flexibility of on-chain transactions.

Its positioning relative to River is also quite interesting—River, as a pioneer in the fixed-income sector, has accumulated a significant user base and ecosystem recognition. The idea behind TermMax is to build on this foundation by enhancing the fixed-income DeFi infrastructure through more optimized mechanism design and deeper liquidity. Based on early community feedback, this approach has resonated with many.

Currently, projects that bring traditional financial tools on-chain are indeed an important direction to address the shortcomings of the DeFi ecosystem. It is worth continuing to monitor the development of this sector.

The fixed interest rate logic should have been on the chain long ago. The path paved by River is now being followed by more and more projects.

The fixed income sector has indeed been dominated by River for a long time, and the TermMax AMM approach is quite innovative.

Fixed income sounds comfortable, but where is the leverage hidden? Does deep liquidity necessarily mean strong resistance... Don't get too excited before the risk control thresholds are made public. River is doing well, so why can TermMax be further optimized? This logic seems a bit too smooth. The trigger for a series of liquidations is often the word "stability." Let's wait and see how the borrowing rate and liquidation price are set; that's the real test.

The fixed income sector is indeed a pain point for DeFi. TermMax's approach is quite reasonable. River's longtime users are here to join the fun. The mechanism is definitely much smoother than before. It's just the traditional finance tricks on the chain again... Will it succeed this time? AMM combined with fixed terms sounds good, but is the liquidity deep enough? I'm a bit worried. I've been paying attention since early on. It feels like the ecosystem consensus is gradually forming. Honestly, it's just filling the gaps in DeFi. It's not that mysterious. This track is definitely worth betting on. Let's wait and see how it develops.
