Recently focused on fitness, dedicating most of my time to the gym. I've been a bit slack on trading. But to be honest, taking a break is quite important—recalibrating my mindset has really improved my overall state. Feeling good physically and my hands are itching. It's time to get back in front of the charts and carefully plan the next move. The market is always waiting for you, the key is whether you're ready or not.

No matter how enjoyable working out is, it can't compare to the thrill of opening a position haha

Haha, really, gym and trading are both tests of mentality.
Feeling itchy, just do it now, easy to be impulsive in the market.
Before coming back, calm down for three days first.

Rest is indeed important, but itching to act can easily lead to problems.
