When the stock market rises, the Federal Reserve should cut interest rates—this view has recently attracted market attention.
The logical chain is quite clear: rate cuts + loose market liquidity directly boost risk asset valuations. Bitcoin, as a high-risk, high-reward asset class, usually performs the best during loose cycles.
Based on past experience, whenever liquidity gates open, on-chain funds start looking for an exit. If 2026 truly enters a rate-cutting cycle and liquidity continues to be released, can crypto assets represented by Bitcoin usher in a new round of upward space? The market seems to be betting on this possibility.
Of course, policy shifts are never one-way—the key still depends on actual changes in economic data and inflation pressures. But from a historical perspective, a loose monetary environment generally constitutes a long-term positive for Bitcoin.

The expectation of interest rate cuts... to put it simply, it's a gamble on whether the central bank will be soft-hearted. When liquidity loosens, everyone can see that Bitcoin will bounce, but the key is how long it can bounce.

Once the interest rate cut begins, funds will have to find a place to go, and Bitcoin is definitely the first choice.

The interest rate cut cycle has arrived, and BTC is taking off. I've bet on this logic several times already, haha.
Whether they will truly loosen monetary policy in 2026 is the key; anyway, history has played out this way.

It's the same old story... Can interest rate cuts save the crypto market? Don't be fooled, the data speaks for itself.

As the interest rate cut cycle begins, BTC starts to stir. I've heard this logic too many times... The key still depends on whether the Federal Reserve dares to actually act; mere talk is useless.

As the interest rate cut cycle begins, Bitcoin starts to stir. I'm already tired of this logic... The question is, can it really hit a new high this time?
