That hit too close to home. I know and understand, but my hand trembled and I forgot everything. Yesterday I was analyzing the market in the group, and today just looking at the K-line broke my composure.

Non-farm data missed the mark again, but I don't think that's the main point. The main issue is that I clearly know how to trade but just can't hold back.

The data is off, and my mindset is even worse. It's a really harsh way of putting it — like knowing the answer but still choosing to fall into the trap.
