Regulated securities cross-chain circulation has always been a challenge in the RWA track—low trading efficiency, high costs, and significant compliance risks. By 2026, this situation is being broken.

A leading public chain project, in collaboration with Chainlink and the European compliance platform NPEX, has provided an answer. They jointly completed the tokenization and circulation of over 200 million euros in regulated securities, demonstrating the feasibility of a cross-chain ecosystem through real-world cases.

How is this achieved technically? By using Chainlink’s Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) to ensure cross-chain asset security, and data flow technology to provide tamper-proof price sources. This combination complements the project’s inherent "single true data source" feature—ensuring both security and transparency. Additionally, NPEX’s full license Multi-Transaction Facility (MTF) opens a compliant channel for the entire ecosystem, allowing institutions to connect directly without major system overhauls.

From a user perspective, institutions gain more flexible trading options, while investors can access a broader range of asset allocation opportunities. Especially after the formal implementation of the EU’s MiCA regulation, this collaborative model is becoming a key bridge between traditional finance and Web3.

Essentially, this is not just a technological upgrade but a benchmark case exploring how on-chain assets can be scaled and institutionalized.
