It blew up again. The market movement early yesterday morning directly liquidated my short position.
I was planning to take a small gamble when the CPI data was released, hoping to turn things around with this wave. But the data was in line with expectations, and the market moved in the opposite direction. I didn't cut my losses in time, and my Ethereum short was gone while I was sleeping.
Honestly, this isn't the first time I've been liquidated since entering the market. Every time, it hits my mentality hard, but it also teaches me a lot.
The two biggest lessons are: stop-loss must be executed, and don't hold onto false hope. Also, mindset is crucial—don't always think about a comeback, as that only leads to deeper trouble.
Next, I need to properly adjust my state and rethink my trading strategy. If you've also experienced liquidation, you should understand how it feels. Let's work hard together and encourage each other.

well technically sleeping through liquidations is just risk management you outsourced to the blockchain, right

Here it comes again, this is the charm of the contract. Sleep for a while and your account is gone.
Stop-loss is truly a painful lesson; so many people blow up their accounts this way.
Take it slow, the competition is still long.

It's the old routine of getting liquidated while sleeping again, I understand this feeling.
Short positions are truly devilish; the more you want to turn things around, the easier it is to get exposed.
Stop-loss is really, honestly, easy to say but hard to do. When your mentality collapses, you simply can't execute it.
It feels like we're all paying tuition fees; it just depends on who can survive after paying theirs.
A dream of a comeback, it has ruined many people, including myself.
Next time, remember to set your stop-loss before sleeping, don't gamble.

My account was gone while I was sleeping, I really understand that feeling haha... But on the other hand, setting stop-loss is easy to say but really hard to do
---
Another victim of a CPI night, brother your loss this time is pretty severe
---
Why do some people always think the market will reverse after a night's sleep, and wake up to turn things around? This kind of luck-driven mentality is really the biggest enemy
---
Ethereum's recent movements are indeed strange, look at how the short positions have exploded
---
Every time we say we need to set stop-loss, but when it comes to the critical moment, everyone wants to take a gamble, right? I've been taught that way too
---
How many lessons does it take to learn not to be greedy, brother? Can we truly change this time?
---
Mindset issues are indeed the killer, even more deadly than the direction of the trades
---
Being liquidated while sleeping, is this some kind of disguised stop-loss haha
---
Kudos for your reflection, but next time you'll probably repeat the same mistake, we can't escape this fate
