#美国民主党BlueVault The US Capitol is bustling right now. Regarding the Crypto Market Structure Act, over 130 amendments have been submitted by senators, reflecting two major political camps' very different approaches to crypto policy.

On the Democratic side, represented by certain lawmakers, the main concerns are how to protect investors, prevent financial risks, ban insider trading, and investigate conflicts of interest among public officials. The underlying message is: regulation first, innovation second.

The Republican approach is the opposite. They prefer to clearly define legal boundaries for innovators, protect software developers' rights, and delineate regulatory authority clearly. In other words: protect innovation, but ensure rules are transparent.

Interestingly, although the two parties often clash, they share a consensus on one issue — the current crypto market regulation is too fragmented, with each agency doing its own thing, which nobody is happy about. So both parties want to establish a unified national regulatory framework. Some amendments are even proposed jointly by members of both parties, such as those related to stablecoin yields, which is the art of political compromise.

The underlying logic is clear: the crypto market needs to develop, but it cannot do so without rules. How to balance the two will depend on how these 130+ amendments ultimately play out. $BTC $ETH $BNB Everyone is watching this show.

130 amendments, really understanding Capitol Hill. The two parties clash but also have tacit understanding, which is the highlight of American politics.

ngl the fragmentation angle hits different... 130 amendments just to maybe get framework coherence? that's governance theater at its finest. regulators can't even agree on validator incentives and y'all think they're gonna harmonize on this? lmao

More than 130 amendments, this will take until the Year of the Monkey and the Year of the Horse... It's truly rare for both parties to shake hands on stablecoins.

130 amendments? These guys are really bored, might as well quickly define clear boundaries for crypto to prevent the leeks from being further exploited.

130 amendments? That'll take forever to argue about, the crypto community can't wait that long.

130 amendments, this is classic American procrastination haha --- Prioritizing regulation vs. prioritizing innovation, these two parties are really at odds, but fragmented regulation is indeed a problem --- The Democratic Party is still debating risk control, while the Republican Party has already figured out how to protect developers. Will the crypto community win this time? --- Both parties are proposing amendments to stabilize coin yields. Is this called political compromise? I only see everyone wanting a piece of the pie --- A unified framework sounds good, but I’m just worried it will end up being a mess --- Behind these 130 amendments, it’s really about who will control the power, right? --- Interesting, the two parties can still find common ground on crypto, which shows this issue really needs regulation --- Wait, does this mean there will be new bills to regulate the crypto market? --- Watching this show on Capitol Hill, it’s already good if the coin prices can stay stable

130 amendments? This is playing with crypto to the death. While the two parties are attacking each other, they are jointly cutting innovation. I just want to know who will make money in the end.
