When internet access drops to just 1% of normal capacity, traditional connectivity becomes nearly useless. But for those caught in digital blackouts, there's an alternative that censorship can't fully block—decentralized networks and cryptocurrency protocols operating at the protocol level, independent of centralized infrastructure. This is exactly what makes Web3 architectures matter in regions facing network restrictions.

Really, only when the internet is down do you realize how awesome decentralization is. Only then can you truly appreciate the value of Web3.

Even if the network is down, you can still communicate on-chain; this is true censorship resistance, more effective than anything else.

Hmm... That's true, but how many people can actually use it? Most people are still waiting for the network to be available.

Web3 is really not a silver bullet. Trying to run decentralized protocols with 1% internet speed? Haha, forget it. Probably the phone will die first.

Hi, 1% bandwidth can still survive. Web3 really saved the day... But on the other hand, how many people can actually use it?
