The U.S. Senate advances the classification of Dogecoin as a commodity, causing DOGE and SHIB to rise by 5% in response.

【Crypto World】A recent draft bill from the U.S. Senate Banking Committee has attracted market attention. According to the draft, Dogecoin is expected to be officially classified as a commodity, which means it will receive the same regulatory treatment as Bitcoin. Once the news broke, DOGE rose about 5%, and Shiba Inu also followed suit.

This classification shift is highly significant. Once Dogecoin is categorized as a commodity, it can break free from the securities regulations of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Considering that a DOGE ETF has already been successfully launched, this provision effectively clears regulatory hurdles for future ETF applications, potentially opening new channels for financing and trading.

From a technical perspective, DOGE’s performance is also solid. The price broke through the 20-day moving average (0.13828 USD), then tested the resistance level around 0.143-0.145 USD. Meanwhile, SHIB formed a double bottom pattern near 0.00000822 USD, which may be brewing the next wave of market movement. Overall, policy favorable news combined with technical support suggests that these two tokens may continue to gain market favor in the short term.

DOGE-0,36%
SHIB-2,42%
BTC2,04%

Wow, DOGE's recent policy support is really amazing. The classification as a commodity seems to be a game-changer, and it feels like it's about to take off. Wait, will this actually push forward this time, or is it just the usual Senate routine... But we have to admit, the 5% increase shows the popularity is there. I've been waiting for DOGE to break free from SEC restrictions. The ETF has already passed, now it's about the classification... Forget it, you guys go ahead and push, I'll wait and see. Breaking the $0.138 barrier is the key for DOGE; only if it can stay above $0.145 will it count. Don't tell me it's going to be a back-and-forth again. Shiba Inu riding the hype is fine, but the real star is still DOGE, that dog.

Dogecoin commercialization is indeed a big move, but this wave of increase feels a bit虚... I'm just worried it might be another policy expectation hype. Only when the securities帽子 is removed can it be considered real; then we'll know whether institutions are truly entering or just harvesting韭菜. Will the 0.145 level drop again? It looks a bit悬.
