Never show signs of inferiority in any situation. Inferiority is the most expensive and least cost-effective consumption in this world. Any place you can enter already proves: you are qualified. The so-called "I don't deserve it" is just a mental shackles you put on yourself—it might cause you to ask for 30% less salary during an interview, dare not look directly at the other party at the negotiation table, hand over opportunities easily, subconsciously step back in front of someone you like, and watch your fate slip away. The most frightening thing about inferiority is: you send a dangerous signal to the world with your aura—"I am not important, you can treat me any way you want."

1. What you are doing: spiritual kneeling.

When you walk into a luxury store, high-end dinner, or important meeting, do you suddenly become reserved, shrug your shoulders, lower your voice, or even want to hide yourself? This is a state I call: spiritual kneeling posture. Your body stands upright, but your soul has already knelt down. You accept a false logic: the environment is more noble than me, others are superior to me, and I am the intruder. Before others deny you, you have already judged yourself a thousand times.

2. A cruel but satisfying truth.

This world, in essence, is a huge makeshift stage. Those in suits, with serious expressions, looking very "impressive," might also be thinking: "What should I eat at noon?" Psychology calls this the spotlight effect: you think everyone is watching you, but in fact, everyone is busy hiding their own insecurities. In the fame and fortune arena, 90% of people are acting. No one is nobler than anyone else, no one is more sober than anyone else. Since everyone is an extra, why do you insist on playing a submissive role?

3. Immediately switch: from "guest mindset" to "player mindset"

Guest mindset: Am I going to cause trouble? Can I sit here? Do I deserve it? Player mindset: The world is an open map. The mall is a resource point, the boss is an NPC, the meeting is a dungeon quest. You are not here to be scrutinized; you are here to utilize resources, solve problems, and experience scenarios. When entering a luxury store, don’t think "Can I afford this?" Think instead: "Does its design match my aesthetic?" When entering a conference room, don’t think "Do they recognize me?" Think instead: "What can this meeting solve for me?" Once you stand in the position of a user, your gaze will shift from avoidance to evaluation, and your aura will naturally emerge.

4. Immediate "body hacking" techniques

1️. Physical positioning. Sit down without shrinking, lean back firmly, relax your hands, and display your belongings confidently. Occupying space is telling your subconscious: I am here.

2️. Desensitize your gaze. Look at the other person's brow center; when making eye contact, don’t look away first. Even if you hold it for an extra 0.5 seconds, you are telling yourself: I am looking at you, and I should.

3️. Allow silence. Don’t fear silence, don’t fill the void with a pleasing smile. Silence is your right. Being able to stay quietly in a situation is strength itself.

Finally, confidence is not a personality trait; it is a skill. It can be cultivated through pretending and practice, eventually becoming muscle memory. Visit stores you previously dared not enter, say hello to that seemingly stern leader in the elevator. Don’t ask "Can I?" anymore; if the door is open and there’s no seal, it’s prepared for you. Straighten your back—your ticket to entry has been in your hand since the moment you were born.
