The team composition of this project is quite good, especially the CTO's capabilities which have been seriously underestimated by the market. If a suitable partner can be found to work with the existing technology and team strength, there is a lot of room for imagination. From a fundamental perspective, the project still has quite a bit of potential.

The CTO's abilities have indeed been overlooked; we're just waiting for that key partnership to happen.

I agree that CTOs are often underestimated, but the key still depends on whether they can implement their ideas; having technology alone is useless.

The CTO has indeed been somewhat overshadowed. If the partner gets it right, this could take off.
