Recently, I've seen quite a few rookie trading routines, which instantly reminded me of my own days of being inexperienced, anxious, and eager to get rich overnight. It's truly a case of being cut from the same cloth—confused and lost.

Honestly, the more anxious you are in the crypto world, the worse it gets. What was I like before? Staring at the K-line every day, more focused than on my ex-girlfriend's WeChat. When the market rises a little, I get scared of missing out; when it drops a little, I want to throw money in to rescue the market.

After doing this for a while, I finally realized—I'm not really trading; I'm gambling on emotions with my money.

After being severely lessons by the market several times, I started to take this seriously. I learned to read trends, manage positions, avoid reckless moves, and not blindly add to positions.

And the result?

My account finally started to steadily grow for the first time. That feeling was like waking up from a chaotic relationship—turns out, it’s not that I lack ability, but that I was too immature before.

Now, if the price suddenly surges? I just smile. Because I’ve already seen through it—real opportunities don’t appear when your friends are posting about it. When I see sideways, stagnant markets? I get excited instead, because big moves are brewed in silence, not in noise.

Some people always complain that trading is too difficult. Actually, the difficulty isn’t in trading itself; it’s in how to keep your hand steady, how to resist adding to positions, and how not to fantasize about getting rich overnight.

But I want to tell you the truth: as long as your mindset stays stable and your rhythm is right, making money isn’t that mysterious.

I often share my recent rhythm and thoughts in the square, just to spill out all the pitfalls I’ve stepped into, so everyone can avoid unnecessary detours.

If recent market conditions have your mindset exploding, we can chat. This market is indeed scary, and there aren’t many who can truly help you stay steady.

The core issue is actually RSI momentum management, and most beginners haven't calculated their track parameters correctly. Based on multi-indicator overlay analysis, the essence of this wave of emotional explosion is the lack of a high stop-loss setting. It is recommended to recalibrate the launch window. Sideways movement is not dead water; it is accumulating escape velocity. Those who understand, understand. This guy is right. Those who truly make money have completed their fuel refueling in silence. As long as you keep a steady mindset, there's no need to stare at the K-line all the time. That’s not trading, that’s self-torture. As for adding positions, it should be done according to Fibonacci angles, not blindly increasing. Recently, I’ve also been adjusting my position allocation, mainly focusing on controlling the boundaries of the Bollinger Bands channel.

Ha, this is me, once the fool staring at the charts Really, the more anxious you are, the worse it gets. Now I see newbies like I used to be, can't even smile Wait, how did I become the person giving pep talks to others? I'm also stunned But on the other hand, this round of decline has actually clarified a lot of people. Those who can hold their ground are the winners, right? Some people still don't believe in evil and insist on adding leverage to gamble This sideways trading period has actually been the most comfortable, with less noise Compared to those calling trades, I just want to live well. As long as the account is alive, that's enough
