Verse Eight has added a new game mode based on user feedback. Due to popular demand, we launched a no-item mode where items cannot be used.

Currently, to celebrate this new mode, we are running a ranking event. You have the chance to earn rewards by performing well in in-game competitions. It sounds like the same old "listening to player feedback" excuse. The no-item mode is just a cover-up for poor balance tuning... However, the ranking rewards are somewhat interesting. I'll see how generous the airdrop is. My third child's game account can open multiple sessions to give it another shot.
