This means that once the price breaks this level, it will trigger a chain reaction of stop-loss liquidations, and the liquidity wave could push the price higher.

Looking downward, the situation also warrants attention. If Ethereum falls below the $3,050 support level, the liquidation pressure on long positions will be significantly released, with the total long liquidation strength on mainstream CEXs reaching 998 million, a much larger figure.
