#美国非农就业数据未达市场预期 Inflation data is bound to be the cause sooner or later

After such a long consolidation, it was about time for something to happen. Recently, the market volatility has noticeably narrowed over the past two days, with prices oscillating within a range, tugging back and forth. On the surface, it seems calm, but beneath the surface, there are turbulent currents. Tonight at 21:30, the CPI data is like a fuse, likely to ignite this situation.

My view remains unchanged; the bearish logic is still clear. There's no need to sway left and right before the major data is released. Just follow the main trend patiently and let the market give the answer itself.

Practical reference

For Bitcoin, a position can be initiated around the 92,500 level to short. If the price pushes up to 94,000, continue adding to the short position. The initial target is 89,000, and if broken, then see if 87,000 can hold.

For Ethereum, focus on short positions around 3,150, and add to shorts if it rebounds to 3,200. The first target is 3,000, and if it drops below, also keep an eye on 2,900.

It's been a long period of consolidation, so some excitement is definitely needed. Whether CPI will make a big move tonight depends on tonight's outcome. I'm also considering a short position at 92,500, but I have a feeling this move isn't that simple. Wait, wasn't inflation data already released earlier? Are they doing it again?

Been in consolidation for so long, I really can't hold on anymore. Just waiting for tonight's data to cause some trouble. It's the same story again, the bearish thinking is clear as hell, but in the end, it still gets hammered back. Shorted at 92,500, betting five bucks to push to 94,000 and then cut losses directly.

It's the same old story. When CPI drops, that's the real show time. Everyone's just waiting for that moment now.

Been in consolidation for so long, there has to be a big move eventually, or else it'll be suffocating. By the way, can this wave of short positions hold up? Feels like the 94,000 level is a bit risky. Living off inflation data is really walking a tightrope.
