A leading digital wallet announced an important upgrade to the Boost ranking mechanism on January 14, 2026, at 11:00 (UTC+8).
The new rules introduce an on-chain token evaluation system. Tokens ranked in the top three will be included in the platform's watchlist and receive accelerated review treatment; tokens at the bottom of the ranking face the risk of being removed and will lose their original trading volume bonus. This means that high-performing token projects will receive more resource support.
On the day of the upgrade, projects ranked in the top three for token scores will enjoy an additional 50% Boost trading volume bonus, significantly increasing the incentive. Additionally, the platform plans to integrate Meme tokens with a certain DEX to further expand ecological functions.
This upgrade reflects the platform's support strategy for high-quality projects and optimizes resource allocation within the ecosystem.

It's the same old ranking politics—top three enjoy the perks, while the last place gets sold off directly. This combo punch is pretty ruthless.

Changing the rules again, this time it looks like they're trying to create a Matthew effect— the strong get stronger, and the weak are eliminated.

hmm so they're basically filtering for winners and culling the rest... classic platform politics. but that 50% boost bump is interesting if the mechanics actually hold up post-launch. seen too many "upgrades" that crater under real load tho. guess we'll see if this fork holds consensus or just creates more fragmentation in the ecosystem.

Once again, the top three projects are thriving, while the ones behind are directly cut? The game rules are getting more and more competitive.
