Recently, I have been delving into the development direction of the AI Agent ecosystem, and I increasingly feel that there is a question worth pondering: when AI completely breaks down the cost barrier of knowledge acquisition, and can even replace the vast majority of mental work, what will the traditional industry that has lasted for thousands of years—education—ultimately evolve into?

This is not alarmist. From search to content to knowledge extraction, AI's efficiency has already surpassed traditional models. The workflow layer is also being reshaped—document processing, data analysis, and even creative output, agents can handle all of them. So the question is: what is left of the core competitive advantage of educational value?

Maybe it’s thinking training? Maybe it’s value system shaping? Perhaps education will evolve into something more scarce—such as personalized enlightenment, stimulation of creative thinking, or simply life guidance.

This cycle of transformation may be faster than we imagine. It is worth observing that those Web3 projects and AI innovation teams that first captured this wave of change are now paving the way for the entire industry.

Well, that's a bit off the mark. If education isn't handled well, it might really be reshaped. Speaking of which, the cost of acquiring knowledge has leveled out, but can people's "taste" be leveled? That's the real competitive edge. There have already been projects working on this. Want to jump in and take a look?

Speaking of education... those still clinging to the old methods should really start to worry now. The ultimate goal of education might just be companionship + thinking training; pure knowledge transfer should have been phased out long ago. The real opportunity lies in Web3—decentralized learning ecosystems are the future direction.

Honestly, everyone is now competing in AI Agents, but few have truly thought through how to play the education game. Knowledge can be replicated, but taste and vision cannot be standardized. If traditional education really dies, then Web3 projects that create personalized learning paths might have a real chance. But the key is who can actually make this happen, not just talk about it on paper. Many people are hyping AI narratives, but in reality, the restructuring of education is far from that simple. Relationships, trust, mentorship—these things AI still can't replace in the short term. Frankly, I favor projects that combine education and community. The pure AI teaching approach has already been discredited; don’t be fooled by old wine in new bottles. The real opportunity should be in making education more elite and niche, rather than more inclusive. Platforms that efficiently match high-quality mentors with students are the next big trend.

ngl ser this is actually bullish for edu-to-earn projects... whoever builds the right tokenomics around mentorship probably ngmi but still worth aping into tbh

Honestly, education really needs to transform. Clinging to the old model of knowledge dissemination will eventually lead to its downfall. This wave of AI is coming so quickly that in five years, schools might have to redefine their purpose. I do have a feeling about personalized enlightenment; it might be the core competitive advantage of the future. The Web3 folks are indeed pondering how to reconstruct the learning ecosystem. It's quite interesting.

Oh my, this wave of AI is really going to wipe out the education system. It's not a joke. Honestly, what else can education sell? It's just about awakening people, really nothing else. The Web3 teams that start work early in the morning are probably secretly betting on the education reform track—whoever gets it first will make a fortune. Wait, so in the end, will schools just become pure social clubs... the more I think about it, the more hopeless it seems.

That's quite true, but I feel that the core of education has never been knowledge; it's about screening and certification. No matter how powerful AI is, it can't replace that.

Oh wow, is education about to be overhauled? That's right, but I still think people underestimated human nature.
