Well said, the upgrade mechanism really can't be delayed any longer. Chains still using outdated frameworks will eventually suffer disadvantages.

Well said. There are still projects daring to stick to the old algorithms with a stubborn attitude. They've truly had enough... The agility in cryptography is indeed a bottleneck. If the upgrade mechanisms can't keep up with the evolving threats, they'll only be waiting to be stabbed in the back.
