In Brazil (Law 14.478/2022) and internationally, asset custody requires returning the asset to its owner. What you call 'standard' is, in fact, Unjust Enrichment.
Confession of Possession via APR: My screenshots prove that the SafeMoon asset is in APR (Simple Earn). This means that Gate.io is using my capital for internal operations. Withholding withdrawal of an asset that you yourself use to generate income is financial fraud.
Abuse of Economic Power: Claiming 'lack of support' to deny the withdrawal of an asset with market value is an abusive practice (Art. 39 and 51 of the CDC). If there is no support for the token, the legal obligation of the exchange is to convert the balance to USDT and credit it to the customer, never to confiscate the amount.
ALERT STATUS: I inform that this conversation, along with proof of the APR balance, will be filed as evidence of financial crime with the CVM (Securities and Exchange Commission) and the Central Bank of Brazil.
