Worried that your private key mnemonic is unsafe wherever you hide it? Under the bed, in a flowerpot, behind the refrigerator... It always feels like playing an adrenaline-pumping "treasure hunt"? Don't worry, here's a literary-inspired encryption trick—give your mnemonic a "disguise" with a book that only you know!
First, pick a well-worn, heavily printed "classic" at home—such as the Bible, Shakespeare's Complete Works, or even Harry Potter. The key is: it must be easy to buy, and you should remember the edition.
Next, start your "word search journey": extract each of the 12 mnemonic words from the book one by one. For each word found, record its "3D coordinates": page number, line number, and position on the line.
After completing this, you'll have a mysterious string of numbers: 3×12, a total of 36 "passwords." Write them on a piece of paper—who can understand it if someone sees it? These are just a bunch of random numbers.
What if the paper is lost? Stay calm—your opponent probably can't even guess what it is. Even if they guess it's a "book password," the vast number of books in the world makes it impossible to know which one you used.
What if the book itself disappears? Even simpler: turn left when you go out, buy the same edition online, and your "password book" is instantly restored.
This way, your mnemonic is like it has learned to "teleport": only you know which book and which corner it’s hidden in. Even if a thief finds the paper, they might just scratch their head and ask, "Is this... math homework?"
