"Stay clear-headed in a bull market and remain calm in a bear market." This phrase is the most profound realization on my trading journey.

I used to be a prisoner of FOMO, frantically chasing prices at the peak of the bull market, only to suffer rapid losses. This painful lesson made me realize that staying clear-headed during a bull market means restraining greed and adhering to profit-taking discipline.

The bear market teaches me the value of patience. When the market is quiet, I choose to study diligently and persistently invest on the Gate platform. The calmness of a bear market is being able to see the future amidst fear and silently sowing seeds.

My core strategy is simplified as follows: sell in segments during a bull market and buy in batches during a bear market.
