🇻🇳Vietnam actively promotes the national blockchain NDAChain

NDAChain is the national blockchain platform operated by the National Data Association and the Data Center ( under the Ministry of Public Security ).

This blockchain will help the government operate online public services such as issuing licenses, taxes, identification via VNeID,... in a safer and more transparent manner. It addresses the drawbacks of centralized data: being prone to hacking, difficult to scale, and challenging for international connectivity.

Highlights:
- Structure: Layer 1 Blockchain decentralized with 49 validating nodes from state agencies and large enterprises such as the Ministry of Public Security, SunGroup, Zalo, Masan, MISA, Sovico, VNVC.
- Features: Transparent distributed ledger, automated smart contracts, integrated identity verification with VNeID.
- Technology: using Proof-of-Authority consensus (PoA) + Zero-Knowledge Proof (ZKP), supporting 1,200 - 3,600 TPS.

By the end of 2025, NDAChain will be fully integrated into the National Data Center, expanding to local governments, and then to universities starting in 2026. The later phase focuses on training human resources, international cooperation, building specialized Layer 2 applications, and becoming a launchpad for startups and domestic enterprises.
